Residency

PAVILION NORDICO is situated in a historic villa between San Telmo and Barracas in Buenos Aires. The villa includes private accommodation for the creators, a gallery space, a kitchen, dining room, studio spaces anda rooftop terrace, and can host up to five people at a time. During the residency period, the villa hosts two residents per month, reserving additional space for guests and partners of the public program.

The first edition of the residency began in early 2019. The residency includes flights, accommodation and full use of the studio and gallery spaces. The residency will host creators from all creative backgrounds, including less traditional genres such as sound, academia, literature or food.

The residency is open to eight creators from the Nordic region (Greenland, Iceland, Faroe Islands, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Åland, Finland) and two international creators who work in the fields of environmental or socially engaged art.
